Once a week, Paula received guests in a converted barn to taste dishes flavoured with her own herbs. There you can try whatever is on offer, at shared, convivial tables, not with waitress service but with everybody helping themselves. The dishes are all made with organic, locally-grown, seasonal produce, cooked according to traditional Provençal recipes and served on long tables by candelight.
